1) Are you interested in or do you know about the products they are offering?

This is only important if you lack motivation.  If you’re already uninterested then it won’t be long before you give up before you get started.

3) Does the affiliate program have a good reputation?

Look for a review on Google to see if  they have positive reviews

4) Is the product or service priced right?

Do you consider it to be good value?

5) Is it a good quality product?

Again, read a review on Google, see what people are saying about it.

6) Does the affiliate program offer good customer service?

If they have a support section to help you as an affiliate this is a bonus.  If they have a phone line, give them a call and see if they are helpful before signing up.

7) Does the affiliate program have a good quality website?

It should at least look professional.

9) How and when do you get paid?

This is important, if you only get paid out once a year or only if you have made a ridiculously large sum then it will be tough for you to see any income from your work.

10) How are your sales tracked?

Knowing this will ensure you are able to make each click through count.

11) Are you provided with the tools to do the job?

Do they offer websites? Banners? Articles etc  The more they help you the easier it is to help yourself.
